Kimberly High School is a public high school located in Kimberly, Wisconsin that enrolls around 1,320 students. It was listed as number 1637 on ''Newsweek'' magazine Best High School list for 2010.〔(America's Best High Schools: The List ), Newsweek magazine, accessed April 22, 2011〕 The mascot is the Papermaker. Kimberly High School is a blocked scheduled school where courses that are one credit are completed in one semester, 18 weeks. It is the only high school in the Kimberly Area School District yet there are four elementary and two intermediate schools that merge into the middle school and high school. In the past five years there has been an average of 324 kids graduating each year. The school has 102 certified teaching staff along with 4 guidance counselors. Kimberly High School has many different clubs, sports and organizations for the students to participate in. Students can join Art Club, Car Club, Cross Country Ski Club, Graphics Club, Multicultural Club and many other clubs. Some of the sports students can join are football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, golf, cross country, track and field and many others as well. There are other groups such as TATU, HOSA, DECA, GSA, Link Crew and others as well. Kimberly also has a comprehensive fine arts program, including multiple bands, numerous choirs, and a theatre department.
